We had a Galaxy Tab S6 Lite launch sometimes in April 2020 so it is somewhat believable that we will be getting a succeeding Galaxy Tab S7 Lite for this year.
Nothing has been announced by Samsung itself but there has been Geekbench spotting of what looks to be the 5G option of the unit. If Samsung uses the Lite naming right this time, it means that this one will be the lesser priced version – and will most likely ship without 5G.
A new report has surfaced today to show us what colours the tablet could come in. There, we have all of black, silver, pink and green.
The report also claims that the device will land in Europe only – but there might be plans to move it into other markets later. With 5G fast becoming a staple, the device will launch with both 5G and Wi-Fi only options.
There is not much to go on in terms of specs for this unit. Given that we are in March already – and this one could follow the launch date of its predecessor – we could have less than eight weeks to the reveal of the tablet.
For now, we keep our fingers crossed to see what new units are coming out from the stables of Samsung.
