Last month, a new Realme C-series smartphone bagged approval from the NBTC authority of Thailand. The upcoming smartphone is called Realme C20.
Interestingly, the Realme phone has appeared on a Vietnamese retail website – FT Shop. Its appearance on the platform revealed its official renders and a few of its specifications.
Speculation has it that the smartphone might launch soon in the Asian markets.
Meanwhile, the listing mentions that the Realme C20 is another Realme smartphone that would feature the MediaTek Helio G35 chipset.
The Realme C20 would debut with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen that has a waterdrop notch design.
The screen of the phone delivers 720 x 1600 pixels of HD+ resolution. It shelters a 5-megapixel selfie shooter in the on-screen notch.
On the backside, the Realme C20 sports a square-shaped camera unit for the secondary lenses. It comprises of a single 8-megapixel primary sensor alongside an LED flash unit.
Under the hood, the handset has 2GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage. The Realme C20 houses a 5,000mAh battery that supports only 10W charging. And it arrives pre-loaded with the Android 10 OS.
The phone will be available for purchase in Vietnam in colours like blue and black. Based on the leaked information, the Realme C20 would likely sell for VND 2,690,000 (~$117).
Meanwhile, the brand recently unveiled the Realme C12 smartphone in India. The new variant of the C12 comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
The Realme C12 was only available in a sole 3GB RAM + 32GB storage model before. The new 4GB RAM variant of the Realme C12 comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ panel, Helio G35 chipset, and a 6,000mAh battery.
The handset retails for Rs 8,999 in India.
