Top China-based original equipment manufacturer (OEM) Xiaomi have released a new device to its smartwatch line of product. This time, solely for the kids.
The smartwatch has the name Mi Bunny Watch 3 — doesn’t it sound quite kid-ish??
The Mi Bunny Watch 3 debuts in two colour rubber strap (Bright Blue and Pink) that will definitely appeal to the kids but it isn’t clear yet if Xiaomi will make more colour variants. The whole watch, together with the strap is about 240mm long, 43mm wide, and 15mm thin. The smart accessories is also incredibly lightweight as it barely weighs over 50 grams.
The kids-focused smartwatch comes with a 1.41-inch AMOLED display (320 x 360 pixels resolution) covered in curved 2.5D glass and Corning’s Gorilla Glass protection.
Other interesting features of the Mi Bunny Watch 3 include a nano SIM card slot with support for 4G LTE, a 2 MP HD camera, IPX7 waterproof certification, GPS/A-GPS support, 30 hours battery life, and fast charging (full charge in 50 minutes).
When synced with the app, the Bunny Watch 3 together with the 2MP HD camera can help kids identify plants. The Xiaomi Mi Bunny Watch 3 will retail for approximately $90 USD and is available for purchase in many local and online stores in China.
