As suggested, Nokia has launched the latest model of its Smart TV in the Indian Market today. The firm has finally taken the cover off the Nokia 43-inch 4K LED Smart Android TV. Nokia made it known that the device will be available for purchase exclusively via Flipkart.
The Smart TV which has support for 4K Ultra HD resolution comes with a 43-inch display. The company aims to offer an infinity edge-to-edge experience to users of the product hence the slim bezel design of the TV.
Along with other features like intelligent dimming, wide color gamut support, and Dolby Vision, the Smart TV also has support for MEMC technology. On the bottom, the TV has 24-watt speakers, which support Dolby Audio and DTS TruSurround. Nokia then revealed that the sound quality is of the speakers is optimized by JBL to produce a deeper bass.
The Nokia Smart TV is powered by a 1GHz PureX quad-core Cortex A53 processor, along with 450 MP4 GPU.
Out of the box, the TV will come with 2.25GB of RAM and 16GB of onboard storage. The Nokia Smart Android TV will come pre-installed with Android 9 OS and support for Google Assistant as well. The TV also comes with Play Store for downloading of apps and an in-built Chromecast.
On the connectivity aspect, the TV has Wi-Fi 802.11/a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, an ethernet port, one USB 2.0 port, one USB 3.0 port, and three HDMI ports.
As from June 8, the Nokia 43-inch 4K LED Smart Android TV will be available in the Indian markets starting at ₹31,999 (~$424).
This is the second smart TV Nokia will be launching, and just like the first one, this one too will be limited to the Indian Market.
