Xiaomi has finally unveiled the Pad 5 tablet in Bangladesh, and the device debuted in two variants – the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 6GB RAM + 256GB storage. The former sells for BDT 30,999 (~$359), and the latter retails for BDT 33,999 (~$394).
Meanwhile, the device which debuted in China earlier this year launched in Europe later. And the device sold out in Europe in minutes. Following its Europe launch, Xiaomi took to Indonesia to unveil the Xiaomi Pad 5.
The Xiaomi Pad 5 has a large 11-inch LCD panel with a 2560 x 1600-pixel WQHD+ resolution. The display features a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 275 PPI, and a contrast ratio of 1500:1.
The Xiaomi Pad 5 debuted with the flagship Snapdragon 860 processor alongside a single 13-megapixel lens with an LED flash unit. On the front side, the Pad 5 has an 8-megapixel camera that supports face unlock.
Interestingly, the Xiaomi Pad 5 relies on an 8,720mAh battery that supports 22.5W charging. The tablet ships with the custom version of the MIUI based on the Android 11 OS. The OS offers the user features like custom input methods, parallel windows, split screens, small windows, and other fascinating functions.
Presently, there’s no information on the Indian launch of the Xiaomi Pad 5. However, speculations say that the tablet will arrive in an international country soon.
