Samsung did promise that they would be the first to bring affordable 5G units to the market, and it seems they are about to make that happen with a Galaxy A90 launch. Note that there had been speculations about the coming of a possible Galaxy A90 which would not only improve the Galaxy A series, but be the highest end one in that line-up ever too.
If the presentation slides we are getting now are anything to go by, this device could well be launched soon.
The images have since been taken down so we couldn’t get our hands on much, but we do know that the Galaxy A90 won’t keep the rotating camera setup that is turning heads on the Galaxy A80. Besides that, there would also be a traditional notch design on the front with a waterdrop style to keep the front camera safe.
Looking at previous leaks and rumours for support, we should be expecting a 6.7-inch device which has a triple camera sensor with 48MP main snapper, 8MP ultrawide sensor and a last 5MP sensor depth. The cameras are said to come with a new ‘Tilt OIS’ feature, but we are not exactly sold on what that could be.
Based on some benchmark results, this phone could sport the Snapdragon 855 chipset out of the box. We will have to wait till launch to confirm that one, though.
