OnePlus Z rumoured specs, pricing details, and launch date revealed.

In 2014, OnePlus made a sensational arrival into the smartphone market with ‘Flagship Killer’ tagline for the OnePlus One phone. Last Friday, one of the co-founders of OnePlus, Carl Pei, took to his Twitter page to repost the OnePlus One announcement tweet from 2014 along with the caption, “It’s been a while…”

The 16GB storage model of the OnePlus One carried a price tag of $299, while the 64GB model of the device started at $349.

Not long ago, the specifications of the upcoming mid-range smartphone were spotted on an Indian survey website.

The name of the device was not confirmed in the listing. Still, the specifications revealed matched the rumoured details of the OnePlus Z.

Though the listing revealed that the phone would carry a price tag of Rs. 24,990 (~$328), there is a possibility the phone’s actual price will be between $299 and $349, or under $399.

According to the survey listing, the OnePlus Z will arrive with a 6.55-inch S-AMOLED display. The screen offers a 90Hz refresh rate and carries support for Full HD+ resolution.

Under the hood, the device will come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The RAM will be assisted by the Snapdragon 765 chipset that will power the device.

As for the lenses, the OnePlus Z may likely feature a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front side and a triple camera system consisting a 64-megapixel main lens, a 16-megapixel shooter, and a 2-megapixel sensor on its back panel.

It is possible the device launches with a 4,300mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging.

Rumours have it that the smartphone may launch in India on July 10. However, it is still unclear whether the smartphone will launch as OnePlus Nord or OnePlus Z.
