Recently, ZTE announced that its upcoming 5G smartphone will be the first device in all of China to support all four major mobile carriers in the country. The company confirmed the name of the device as ZTE Axon 11 SE 5G. The company also revealed through a reply to one of the comments on its Weibo handle that the Axon 11 SE 5G will go live on June 1.
Today, ZTE released a poster confirming the launch of the device on June 1, and further stated that the Axon 11 SE 5G is targeted towards the youth.
The company is yet to share details about the specs of the device but not long ago, the TEENA Authority of China approved a ZTE phone with model number ZTE 900N, judging by the time frame between the approval and announcement made by the company, the ZTE 900N could be launching as the Axon 11 SE 5G.
According to rumors, the 6.53-inch Full HD+ resolution display on the device will feature a punch-hole for the 16MP selfie camera. An octa-core processor with a clock speed of 2.0GHz will power the phone. In terms of the RAM, the Axon 11 SE 5G will likely come in 6GB and 8GB RAM variants with 64GB, 128GB, or 256GB of onboard storage, and a MicroSD card slot for storage expansion.
On the back panel is a square-shaped module consisting of a 48MP + 8MP + 2MP triple camera setup.
The phone will come pre-installed with the Android 10 OS and will draw its power from a 4,000mAh battery.
Pricing information for the phone has not been released, but we expect the Axon 11 SE 5G to arrive in Aurora Glacier, Aurora Charm Sea, and Aurora Fantasy Night color editions.
