Back in March, the Redmi K30 Pro series was released into the Chinese market. The K30 lineup includes, the Redmi K30 Pro and the Redmi K30 Pro Zoom Edition. Both smartphones are available in three different RAM and storage capacity options.
The Redmi K30 Pro was unveiled in China in variants like 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage models.
Today, the Chinese company has launched and began the sale of the newest and fourth variant of the Redmi K30 Pro in the Chinese market.
The newest member of the Redmi K30 Pro line up that is now up for sale on Xiaomi’s official mall JD.com, comes with 12GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.
The Redmi K30 Pro comes with a 6.67-inch notch-less OLED display. An in-screen fingerprint scanner is present on the display, and it has a 20:9 aspect ratio. The screen gives a Full HD+ resolution and has a refresh rate of 60Hz.
Under the hood, the Snapdragon SoC powers this device. This smartphone also comes equipped with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.0 storage.
It sports a 20-megapixel pop-up selfie camera. A 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 main shooter, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, a 5-megapixel macro telephoto shooter, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor makes up the quad-camera system on its rear panel.
The device relies on a 4,700mAh battery for backup. It also carries support for 30W fast charging. The handset runs on the MIUI 11 User Interface based on Android 10 OS.
The 12GB RAM variant of the Redmi K30 Pro carries a price tag of 2,999 Yuan (~$429).
