Last year, Xiaomi unveiled the Mi 10 series. So far, the brand has launched multiple smartphones – including the Xiaomi Mi 10, Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro 5G, Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra 5G, Xiaomi Mi 10T 5G, Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro 5G, Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite 5G, and Xiaomi Mi 10i 5G – under the series.
Recently, the Chinese phone maker announced the Mi 10’s successor – Xiaomi Mi 11.
A fresh leak reveals that the tech giant is working on a new Mi 10 series smartphone for the Chinese market.
Claims have it that the upcoming Mi 10 series smartphone would arrive with the recently released Snapdragon 870 mobile platform.
Presently, the official name of the upcoming device is still a mystery. Aside from the new chipset, speculations believe that the mystery Mi 10 smartphone could feature similar specs as the standard Mi 10 smartphone.
The leaks further mentioned that the phone could carry a price tag of around 3,500 Yuan (~$541). For now, chances that the device would debut in other markets are uncertain.
The newly announced Snapdragon 870 chipset promises to deliver up to 3.2GHz of processing speeds. The information confirms that the upcoming phone would run powerful operations smoothly.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 launched with a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED panel. The display on the phone came with support for a 90Hz refresh rate and a Full HD+ resolution.
The Snapdragon 865 chipset on the Mi 10 came alongside and LPDDR5 RAM and a UFS 3.0 storage.
For selfies, the Xiaomi Mi 10 has a 20-megapixel front-facing snapper.
On the backside, the phone packs a quad-camera system. It comprises of a 108-megapixel primary lens, a 13-megapixel ultrawide snapper, and a pair of 2-megapixel shooter – one is a macro lens and the other a depth shooter.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 draws power from a 4,780mAh battery that supports 30W of wired and wireless fast charging.
