Hey guys, heard of WileyFox? Well, it’s a fairly recent Smartphone brand based in the UK. And guess what? They have two new smartphones running on Cyanogen OS.
Now the Smartphone industry is an extremely competitive market and unless you have something really impressive to deliver, you won’t last as a manufacturer.
Well, OnePlus made a decent name with the One and Two.
WileyFox appears to be following the same strategy. They are delivering two new handsets, the WileyFox Swift and Strom. Both devices have flagship-like specs with mid-range pricing.
The Specs
Here are the specs of the WileyFox Swift:

- 1.2 GHz Quad-Core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU
- 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory, expandable memory up to 32GB with microSD
- Cyanogen OS 12.1 based on Android 5.1 (Lollipop)
- 13MP rear camera with dual LED Flash, Samsung S5K3M2 sensor

And here is what you will get with the Storm:

- 1.5GHz Octa-Core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor with Adreno 405 GPU
- 3GB RAM, 32GB internal memory, expandable memory up to 128GB with microSD
- Cyanogen OS 12.1 based on Android 5.1 (Lollipop)
- 20MP rear camera with Sony IMX220 sensor, LED Flash
- 8MP front-facing camera with LED Flash
- 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS
- 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio
- 2500mAh Non-removable battery
Both devices will be available in sandstone black colors. The Swift will cost $200 and Storm will be $315. Both devices are up for pre-order from this week and will arrive from the start of October.
A Spokesperson has said that the devices will only be available for online order as this also helps to keep the overall price down.
