Vivo has been working on a new budget smartphone for the market, but we might not need a launch to know everything there is to know about this device. Even though it is an entry-level unit, it would wow the market with its big battery and waterdrop notch.
In the past, we have learnt that the unit will come with as much as 6.22 inches of HD+ screen under which would be a Helio A22 processor. The processor will work with 2GB of RAM and a 32GB storage to match. Speaking of the large battery, a 4030mAh cell keeps the lighting alive.
This unit will also have a 5MP selfie snapper which also doubles as the face unlock module. The back will have a single 8MP camera and no fingerprint sensor in sight. Thus, the only biometric in play remains the 5MP sensor on the front.
Finally, the phone is to be made available in just Black and Gold, and will run a Funtouch OS 9 version which is based solely on the Android 9 Pie. While we know nothing of the release date yet, we expect that the phone makes the market in coming weeks.
