A few weeks back, some reports leaked the news about an upcoming Vivo smartphone under the Vivo V73 name.
However, the launch date and other details of the smartphone were unknown at the time.
Today, the smartphone manufacturer took to India to take the covers of the Vivo Y73 – and it arrived as the most powerful Y-series Vivo handset so far.
It does feature several attractions. And they include a slim profile, a 64-megapixel camera system, and fast charging, to mention a few.
Specifications of the Vivo Y73
The Vivo Y73 houses a 6.44-inch AMOLED screen that supports Full HD+ resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate, HDR10, and a pixel density of 408ppi.
The handset weighs 170 grams, and it has a thickness of 7.38mm – it indeed has a slim design.
On the front side, it sports a 16-megapixel selfie shooter.
Meanwhile, the rear panel of the phone packs a triple camera system; and it consists of a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth lens.
Inside, the Vivo Y73 handset ships with the MediaTek-powered Helio G95 chipset. It offers 8GB of RAM and an extra 3GB of extended RAM.
Further, the user would have access to 128GB of storage and a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
The Vivo Y73 would come pre-loaded with the FunTouch OS 11.1 based on Android 10 OS.
It relies on a 4,000mAh battery for backup. And it supports 33W rapid charging.

In India, the Vivo Y73 carries a price tag of Rs 20,990 (~$315). And it is available in Diamond Flare and Roman Black.
