A fresh piece of information has hinted that the smartphone might arrive in China as the OPPO Reno5k.
The previous report claims that the OPPO Reno5 5G that debuted last December is currently out of stock.
Meanwhile, the Snapdragon 765G processor variant of the phone carries a price tag of 2,699 Yuan – the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option.
Reports regarding the upcoming OPPO Reno5K handset mentions that it’s 8GB RAM + 128GB storage edition will sell for 2,499 Yuan (~$387).
The OPPO Reno5 5G debuted in colour options like starry dream, aurora blue, and midnight black.
The upcoming Reno5K handset would likely arrive in blue and some other new colour options.
Aside from the processor, it appears the Reno5K would feature specifications similar to that of the Reno5 5G.
Therefore, there is a possibility that the Reno5K would sport a 6.43-inch Full HD+ panel with a punch-hole for the selfie camera.
The screen would support a 90Hz refresh rate and house a 32-megapixel sensor that allows the user to take selfies and make video calls.
A 64-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel camera setup make up the quad-camera system on its back panel.
The handset would likely draw power from a 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging.
The phone would pack other attractive features like an under-display fingerprint scanner and Android 11 OS.
