Many smartphone makers have announced at least one entry-level, mid-range, and high-end smartphone since the start of December. And others are a few days away from unveiling the last device for the year.
In that vein, Tecno has decided to debut one more budget smartphone before the year wraps up.
The tech giant has taken the cover off a new device called the Tecno Spark 6 Go. The new budget handset arrives as a lower variant of the Tecno Spark 6 that debuted a few months back in Pakistan.
Though a low-budget phone, it comes with a fascinating design and an attractive build.
Specifications of the Tecno Spark 6 Go
The all-new Tecno Spark 6 Go comes with an HD+ 6.52-inch display that offers an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a maximum brightness of 480nits.
The smartphone runs on the modest Helio A25 chipset alongside 4GB of RAM, which is fair for a budget phone.
For lenses, the handset has an 8-megapixel front-facing shooter and a dual-camera system on its rear shell. The rear camera system includes a 13-megapixel primary shooter and an AI lens.
For connectivity, the Tecno Spark 6 Go has support for 4G, dual SIM, Wi-Fi 802.11 b / g / n, a micro-USB port, Bluetooth 4.2, and a 3.5mm audio port.
As for power, the handset houses a massive 5,000mAh battery that can deliver 40 hours of standby and a talk time of 60 hours.
It comes pre-loaded with HiOS 6.2 based on Android 10 OS.
Pricing and Availability of the Tecno Spark 6 Go
In India, the Tecno Spark 6 Go arrived with a price tag of Rs 8,699 (~$118) for the single 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant.
The first sale of the Spark 6 Go will take place on December 25 via Flipkart. The Spark 6 Go will later hit the shelves of offline stores starting January 7.
