Tecno, a leading smartphone brand owned by Transsion Holdings, has added a new smartphone to the Spark 5 series in India. The company released the Tecno Spark 5 and Tecno Spark 5 Air a couple of months back. Now, the brand is adding the newly launched Tecno Spark 5 Pro to the series.
Looking at the specs of the phone, the Spark 5 Pro comes with a 6.6-inch display with an HD+ resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. The punch-hole display has an aspect ratio of 20:9 and 90.2% screen to body ratio.
On the inside, the device is fueled by the MediaTek Helio A25 chipset. The processor is supported by 4GB of RAM. Out of the box, the Spark 5 Pro will arrive with a 64GB internal storage space and a MicroSD slot that allows up to 256GB of storage expansion.

On the front side, the Spark 5 Pro features an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
A quad-camera system that comprises of a 16-megapixel primary lens, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an AI lens is present on the rear side of the phone.
Also, a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner is located just a few inches from the rectangular housing of the secondary camera.
Tecno has a track record of equipping its devices with massive batteries. The Spark 5 Pro arrived with a 5,000mAh battery just like the Spark 5. It will feature with the HiOS 6.1 interface based on Android 10 OS.
On the connectivity aspect, the device will sport 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Other features on the phone include GPS, DTS-HD Surround Sound, and micro USB charging port.
The Tecno Spark 5 Pro will retail for Rs. 10,499 (~$140). The smartphone will be available for purchase from Amazon.in and several other stores across India.
It will come in Spark Orange, Ice Jadeite, and Seabed Blue colour choices.
