Today, Tecno unveiled the Spark Power 2 smartphone in India. Unlike its predecessor, the Tecno Spark Power, this new model rolls out with a larger display and a massive battery capacity.
The Tecno Spark Power 2 features a more prominent 7-inch display with a tear-drop notch. The screen supports Full HD+ resolution and delivers a screen space of 90.6 per cent according to claims from Tecno.
However, the smartphone will debut with 4GB of RAM alongside the Helio P22 chipset under the hood. It offers the user 64GB of internal memory space and also posses a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
The Tecno Spark Power 2 comes pre-installed with the HiOS UI based on Android 10 Operating System.
As for the optics, the Spark Power 2 features a quad-camera setup on its rear panel. The structure includes a 16-megapixel main sensor, a 5-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel macro lens, and an AI lens.
Supported by an LED flash is a 16-megapixel selfie camera on the front side of the phone.
The Spark Power 2 is equipped with a 6,000mAh battery and is endowed with dual speakers powered by Dirac’s stereo sound system. The smartphone carries support for face unlock and has a fingerprint sensor on its back panel.
The battery supports 18W fast charging and reportedly gains 50 per cent battery power on an hourly charge.
The Tecno Spark Power 2 will be available in Misty Grey and Ice Jadeite colour options. The smartphone is priced at Rs. 9,999 (~$131), and the first sale of the phone will come up on June 23 through Flipkart.
