So far, Vivo has been on top of its game since the start of the year. And it appears the smartphone maker is looking to announce the 2021 model of earlier released smartphones.
Regarding that, a new Vivo handset with the model number V2059 has appeared at the IMEI database and Google Play Console.
The former hinted that the smartphone could emerge as the Vivo Y73 2021, and it has revealed a few of the specs to expect from the upcoming handset.
The report also includes the image of the Vivo Y73 2021, which revealed that it would come with a tear-drop notch design and a slightly thick bezel on the bottom area of the display.
It appears that the Vivo Y73 2021 will sport the volume rockers and power button – which doubles as a fingerprint scanner – on the right side of the phone.
The screen supports a pixel density of 440ppi and a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
The Vivo Y73 2021 would ship with the Android 11 OS and 8GB of RAM. It will run on the MediaTek-powered Helio G90 chipset.
Presently, other details of the smartphone remain hidden.
However, the Vivo Y53s was recently spotted at the Google Play console as well. Its Google Play listing mentions that it would arrive with a Full HD+ resolution, Helio G80 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and the Android 11 OS.
Comparing specs, the Vivo Y53s has identical specs with the upcoming Vivo Y73 2021. The only notable differences – for now – are the design and chipset.
Meanwhile, the Vivo Y73 2021’s Google Play listing claims hints that the smartphone may hit the markets soon.
