For a while now, multiple reports have been talking about an upcoming OPPO smartphone. The publications mention that the handset will arrive as OPPO A54 4G.

Speculations say the OPPO A54 4G will launch in Europe with a price ranging between 200 euros (~$243) and 300 euros (~$365).

Today, a fresh piece of information regarding the OPPO A54 5G smartphone leaked. A Japanese operator – AU Kiddi – has listed the smartphone with its images and specifications.

Specifications of the OPPO A54 4G

According to the listing, the OPPO A54 4G would feature a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with a punch-hole design.

The screen offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, and it has support for face unlock.

Under the hood, the Snapdragon 480 mobile platform drives the OPPO A54 4G. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of native storage.

The phone also offers the user the option of storage expansion via a microSD card. For software, the OPPO A54 4G boots to the ColorOS 11 based on Android 11 OS.

It features a side-fitted fingerprint scanner for unlocking the device.

The OPPO A54 4G draws power from a 5,000mAh battery which carries support for 18W rapid charging.

It comes with a 16-megapixel selfie shooter. Meanwhile, it sports a quad-camera setup on its backside.

It includes a 48-megapixel primary shooter, and 8-megapixel snapper, and a pair of 2-megapixel lenses.

The handset supports connectivity options like Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

The OPPO A54 4G’s design looks similar to that of the OPPO A93 5G that arrived in China last month.

The significant difference between both smartphones is in the camera aspect. The OPPO A93 5G features a triple rear camera setup, and the upcoming OPPO A54 4G has a better selfie snapper.

The source revealed nothing on the price of the OPPO A54 4G. However, it mentioned that the handset would debut in Japan in early June.
