Samsung might be running the Galaxy S, A, M and Note series in other parts of the world, but they have been selling the clamshell series with a W moniker in China since 2013. Today, the company took that to another level by offering a foldable device in the country, and they have named this one the W20 5G.
From all indications, this is just the Galaxy Fold 5G which has been remade for Chinese markets, so to speak
Looking under the hood, we have a Snapdragon 855+ chipset, and every other thing seems to be normal.
On the outside is the massive 7.3-inch screen which folds inside to an inner 4.6-inch screen. Inside this device is 12GB of RAM and an impressive 512GB storage, all powered by the 4235mAh battery.
For now, the phone has been launched in only White. Knowing Samsung, though, they could come out with a refresher carrying another colour option in the future. Afterall, they have done this with other top tier devices in the past.
Finally, the device will only start selling from next month, but the prices and availability are yet to be disclosed.
