We brought you a piece of news some days ago that Samsung has sold a million units of the Galaxy Fold, but it seems that the media might have taken things out of context on that one.
The company has come out to issue an official statement saying that they have not sold such high volumes of the unit. In fact, that represents twice the initial estimate of how much they would sell – and sales figures are usually close to professional estimates.
It seems the issue here is with the statement made by Samsung’s president at Berlin, where he mentioned that ‘There’s a million people that want to use this product at $2000.’
