It appears that the tech enthusiasts cannot have enough of the Samsung Galaxy S7 rumors. As the launch of the latest flagships draws even closer, there is a hustle of leaks in the smartphone arena.
Recently, the highly trusted source @evleaks provided another glimpse at the Galaxy S7 edge’s curved left side.
The leaked render displays slight refinements to the curved layout. In addition, the images also show the launch date on the screen in conventional look.
Looking back at the leaks about S7 so far, most of the speculations indicate that the Galaxy S7 will preserve the design of Galaxy S6. However, the new upgraded version of S6 will sport either Snapdragon 820 processor by Qualcomm or Exynos 8890 SoC.
Galaxy S7 has also been modified to house a liquid-cooling heat pipe mechanism. The display has been remodeled to incorporate a pressure-responsive display.
A few rumors also suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S7 will sport a completely water resistant display whereas other leaks suggest that the upcoming device will feature IP68 Certification.
Samsung Galaxy S7 is rumored to feature Super AMOLED 5.1-inches display with 1440×2560p screen resolution.
The smartphone is very likely to run Android Marshmallow 6.0. However, it is worth mentioning here that different leaks suggest conflicting specs for the alleged handset.
Samsung Galaxy S7 edge, on the other hand, will be powered by a 3600mAh battery. The curved S7 edge is rumored to be driven by either Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890 SoC. A 12MP primary shooter at the rear and 4GB of RAM will be available with the new device.
South Korean company has decided to launch these devices on 21st of February. The launch has been scheduled one day ahead of the Mobile World Congress 2016. The Galaxy S7 is expected to go on sale in the UK from April.
