Samsung would not have wanted the details of their upcoming Galaxy S21 FE to leak just yet, but Google made a mistake on that front.
So, showing up on the Google Play Console today is the new unit from Samsung, and we have some initial gaze at the specs that will ship on this device.
As you might already know, Samsung started making an SE version of its phones with the Galaxy S10 and they have seen much success in that regards. It is almost like the saw thing that OnePlus does with its T line of devices that launch later in the year, bringing the latest specs but still belonging to the old family.
On this one, we expect a Qualcomm SD 888 chipset under the hood paired with 6GB of RAM, of which we believe there will be higher configurations to that. It is also expected to have some variants shopping with an Exynos 2100 chipset under the hood instead, but we cannot confirm that from this listing.
Other information on the listing points to Android 11 and an unnamed screen size or material with 1080 x 2009-pixel resolutions.
We supposed that this device will launch with the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 during the Samsung Unpacked event this month but the South Korean OEM had other plans for us. Now that the device has made it to the Google Play Console, though, a launch is imminent.
