Samsung, and some other OEMs have a common trick of releasing new colour (and sometimes, storage) variants of their certain phones so as to rekindle people’s interest in such phones. The South Korean giant will, again, be adopting such move as it gears up to unveil a new “Pure White” color variant of its latest Note series flagship — Galaxy Note 9.
Although news about the Pure White color first surfaced a couple of weeks ago, it has now been confirmed that the a white-painted Galaxy Note 9 will be officially unveiled in Taiwan by November 23, according to GizmoChina.
This will make the Galaxy Note 9 the first flagship smartphone from Samsung to come in a white color variant since the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. Interestingly, the device will also be coming with a white-colored S-Pen stylus.
The new Pure White-painted Note 9 will join other colored variants of the flagship: Metallic Copper, Midnight Black, Lavender Purple, Ocean Blue, and Cloud Silver. Color variants of Samsung flagships are usually region-specific but it isn’t clear which region(s) would be getting the Pure White variant when it launches.
