The latest Galaxy J3 by Samsung might be released very soon via one of the leading US-based carriers – AT&T.
Although AT&T has not yet made any official confirmation, the credible tipster Evan Blass @evleaks has posted a press render of the forthcoming device.
AT&T branding is readily apparent on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) in the leaked images. Earlier, the handset was offered to the customers via Virgin Mobiles.
The leaked images feature the Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) smartphone, with an elaborated AT&T logo engraved on the back.
It has not been made clear if the Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) to be offered by AT&T will be available in any other color variant than the white or black combo featured in the leaked photos. AT&T is also mute about the price and the availability of the device.
As far as the specs of the upcoming device are concerned, it will feature a 5-inch display with 1280 × 720 pixels screen resolution.
Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) is powered by Cortex A-7 CPU clocked at 1.2GHz and is driven by Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box.
For storage, the Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) sports 1.5GB of RAM along with 8/16GB internal storage onboard. The device is speculated to feature 5MP back camera along with 2MP front-facing snapper to click selfies. Galaxy J3 will be backed by 2600 mAh battery.
The snapper module and internal memory change according to the market and the users will need to wait to get the exact information regarding these two aspects.
The smartphone offers pretty decent specs and features and true Samsung fans expect it to be priced reasonably too.
Boost and Virgin Mobile announced this handset earlier this year. Both the carriers offered the smartphone in January at $179. Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016) is presently available for purchase in the United States.
