The launch of the new Realme X2 Pro is almost upon us, and we are already having some markets where the device could make an appearance already. Unsurprisingly, the Indian market is one of the surest destinations for the unit, seeing as it is the second-largest smartphone market in the world.
This is not one of those leaks as the decision to launch the unit in that market was confirmed by the India CEO of the Xiaomi company. What we find a little off-putting, though, is the fact that the phone will have to wait a couple of months before it makes it to India. But then, it could be an attempt by the company to fix software bugs on the phone before spreading it to such a larger market.
Whatever the rationale behind this choice may be, we are expecting the Realme X2 Pro to ship with the latest SD 855+ chipset out of the box, followed by a massive 50W SuperVOOC charging tech.
The back of the device will come with a quad-camera setup, having all of a 64MP main snapper, 13MP telephoto lens and an 8MP ultrawide sensor to call its own. Lastly, there is a 2MP sensor for depth purposes.
Being the first high-end device from Realme, it will surely give other high-end units from its parent company and other competitors a run for their money.
