Finally, after several reports and multiple leaks, Realme has officially launched the Realme 7 series in India. The lineup includes the Realme 7 and the Realme 7 Pro.

The two smartphones pack attractive features like large-sized displays, up to 90Hz screen refresh rate, massive batteries, and high-resolution rear quad camera setups.

Specifications of the Realme 7

The smartphone weighs 196.5 grams and has a dimension of 162.3 x 75.4 x 9.4mm. The Realme 7 carries a 6.5-inch IPS LCD, which supports Full HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

The display on the device offers a refresh rate of 90Hz and delivers a 90.5% screen-to-body ratio. A Gorilla Glass guards the screen.

On the inside, the Helio G95 chipset, which clocks at 2.05GHz, powers the Realme 7. The chipset is coupled with an LPDDR4x RAM and a UFS 2.1 storage. It also features a MicroSD card slot for additional storage.

Talking about cameras; the Realme 7 sports a quad-camera system on its rear panel. The setup includes a Sony IMX682 64-megapixel primary shooter, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with a 119° FOV, a 2-megapixel black and white lens, and a 2-megapixel microsensor.

On the front side, it has a Sony IMX471 16-megapixel selfie snapper.

The Realme 7 would run on the Realme UI based on Android 10 OS.

Out of the box, the Realme 7 arrives with a 5,000mAh battery, and it carries support for 30W Dart Charge technology.

On the connectivity aspect, it features dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, USB-C, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, and a 3.5mm audio jack. For security, the Realme 7 sports a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Specifications of the Realme 7 Pro

The Realme 7 Pro houses a 6.4-inch AMOLED display. Like the Realme 7, the screen on the Pro variant also offers Full HD+ resolution, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and is protected by a Gorilla Glass.

However, it delivers a lower refresh rate of 60Hz and a 90.8% screen-to-body ratio.

The Realme 7 Pro draws power from a Snapdragon 720G chipset. The processor has a clock speed of 2.3GHz and is coupled with an LPDDR4x RAM, a UFS 2.1 storage, and a MicroSD card slot as well.

The phone has a front-facing 32-megapixel camera for taking selfies. It sports the same rear quad-camera system as the Realme 7.

The Realme 7 Pro packs a smaller 4,500mAh dual-cell battery, which supports 65W SuperDart charging technology. According to the firm, the Realme 7 Pro will charge fully in 34 minutes, thanks to the SuperDart charging feature.

The connectivity options are the same with that of the Realme 7, except that the Pro variant supports Bluetooth 5.1.

Also, the side-mounted fingerprint scanner in the Realme 7 is replaced for an in-screen fingerprint reader in the Realme 7 Pro.
