Lately, Chinese smartphone manufactures have been pushing their brands into the Malaysian markets. As of now, the much anticipated Realme C11 is official in Malaysia. After the Xiaomi 9C, the Realme C11 is the second Helio G35 device to be announced in the country.
The Realme C11 sports a large display and massive battery capacity. The handset is the first of Realme’s devices to come with a square-shaped camera module on its rear.
The smartphone has a polycarbonate build. It weighs 196 grams and has a dimension of 164.4 x 75.9 x 9.1mm. The device features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with a tear-drop notch. With an aspect ratio of 20:9, the device produces an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels. According to the Chinese firm, the Realme C11 offers 88.7 per cent screen space.
Looking at the internals, the device comes with Helio G35 chipset with a processing speed of about 2.3GHz. Alongside the processor is 2GB of RAM. The phone offers 32GB of onboard storage and a MicroSD card slot for additional storage.
Out of the box, the phone comes pre-loaded with Realme UI based on Android 10 OS. It comes equipped with a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W fast charging.
Talking of cameras, the Realme C11 will sport an f/2.4 aperture 5-megapixel camera in its on-screen notch. The square camera module on its rear includes a 13-megapixel main shooter with f/2.2 aperture, a 2-megapixel portrait lens with f/2.4 aperture, and an LED flash.
As for connectivity, the phone sports dual VoLTE, GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, USB port, and a 3.5mm headphone port.
Realme will ship out the C11 in Mint Green and Pepper Grey colour variants. The first sale of the smartphone will hold on July 7 in Malaysia through Shopee retail site in the country. The phone will carry a price tag of RM 429 (~$100).
