Earlier this month, ZTE took to China to announce the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra smartphone.
The flagship device debuted with cutting-edge features like an AMOLED panel, a 64-megapixel quad-camera system, and the Snapdragon 888 mobile chipset.
Specifications of the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra
The handset offers the user a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen that delivers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.
The screen also supports a 144Hz refresh rate, and it offers the user a 20:9 aspect ratio.
For protection, the display is guarded by the Gorilla Glass 5, and it features an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
Under the hood, the Snapdragon 888 mobile platform drives the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra smartphone. It debuts with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and it offers the user up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
On the front, the phone sports a 16-megapixel lens that allows the user to take selfies and make video calls.
The rear camera system of the Axon 30 Ultra comprises four lenses. They include a 64-megapixel primary shooter, a 64-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 64-megapixel ultrawide snapper, and an 8-megapixel telephoto camera.
Inside, the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra houses a 4,600mAh battery that supports 66W rapid charging.
Interested customers can purchase the phone in colours like light brown, white, blue, and black.
However, it appears the handset is only available in black in the global market.
Pricing of the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra
Pre-order sales of the Axon 30 Ultra will begin on May 27 via the firm’s official website.
The smartphone will arrive in two variants – 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option and 12GB RAM + 256GB storage option.
The former will retail for $749, and the latter $849.
Furthermore, customers who pre-order the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra will receive a free pair of ZTE LiveBuds. And sales of the smartphone will Kick-off on June 4.
