Last month, OPPO took the cover off the OPPO F17 Pro smartphone in India. After the launch, the firm kept rebranding the device and launching it in other markets.
Already, the device has arrived in Vietnam as the OPPO A93. Also, the handset is available in Ukraine as the OPPO Reno4 Lite, and now, the device has debuted in Indonesia under the OPPO Reno4 F moniker.
The specifications of the OPPO F17 Pro are identical to that of the all-new OPPO Reno4 F. The only difference is in their fast charging capabilities.
The Reno4 F debuts with 18W fast charging while the F17 Pro features 30W VOOC 4.0 Flash Charge.
The OPPO Reno4 F sports a 6.43-inch AMOLED panel with a 60Hz refresh rate and a dual punch-hole design. The screen offers the user with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a pixel density of 409ppi.
The smartphone features an under-display fingerprint scanner. And the display is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass.
According to OPPO, the new Reno4 F offers the user with a 90.67% screen space.
The Helio P95 chipset, which is powered by MediaTek, drives the OPPO Reno4 F. It features 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage.
On the front-side, the device shelters a 16-megapixel camera alongside a 2-megapixel depth sensor in its dual punch-hole selfie system.
The OPPO Reno4 F features a square-shaped camera module which harbours the quad-camera setup on its back panel. It consists of a Samsung GM1ST 48-megapixel primary sensor, a wide-angle lens with a resolution of 8-megapixels, and a pair of 2-megapixel mono cameras.
The Reno4 F arrives with the ColorOS 7.2 UI based on the Android 10 OS. It draws power from a 4,015mAh battery that has support for 18W fast charging.
As for connectivity, the smartphone carries support for dual 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The OPPO Reno4 F costs IDR 4,299,000 (~$292) in Indonesia. Pre-order sales of the device have started, and sales will begin on October 16 through Shopee.
The phone will be available in matte black and metallic white.
