Amazon India has all but confirmed the rumours of an Oppo A74 5G launching in the company.
Being one of the largest retailers in the region, it is not surprising to see that they already have a landing page up for the device. The listing on the landing page also pegs the launch time at 12PM on April 20 – so we should look forward to next week.
According to some rumours, there isn’t much to see on this new unit as it is simply a rehash of what worked on the Oppo A93 5G. The latter phone had made its way to the world via China earlier this year, so this could be an attempt to replicate the success in India and other parts of the world.
From what is obtainable on the landing page, though, the new phone will have a punch hole selfie camera, host its fingerprint sensor on the side of the phone and does look like the unit it has been pegged with.
For now, it is a waiting game till next week to confirm what Oppo really does have for us this time.
