OnePlus has something cooking for us, but what’s it?

A new IMEI database leak shows that OnePlus has a device listed as the NE2210. From the look of things, we already have all of the flagships form the device maker for this year and we should not expect another Nord unit for a while.

Thus, it stands to reason that this could either be a new Nord device or flagship unit that will launch in 2022.

For starters, the 22 in the name shows that they might be cooking the phone for next year. Likewise, the fact that the OnePlus 9 line-up came with an LE naming system in the IMEI database is making us doubt why they would go for the NE this time if it were the same line-up.

As of the time of this writing, there is no more to go on than the fact that we are sure the OEM is working on something. What it is, and when it will launch, is currently anyone’s guess.
