Huawei is set to launch its flagship smartphone, the Huawei P9 in the next month. The company launched its marketing campaign for Huawei P9 with the release of the first official teaser for the handset.
The teaser affirms the existence of a dual camera setup at the rear; identical to the one present in LG G5.
Huawei P9 will not be the first smartphone to come with a dual snapper setup. Indeed, it was Honor 6 Plus which holds that distinct credit.
In the recent teaser, the company has unveiled the dual camera driven by Leica. The renowned website called Oppomart has disclosed all the three variants of this much-awaited P series by Huawei including P9, P9 Max and P9 Lite.
As per Oppomart’s listing, the Huawei P9 Max will be priced at $699, the Huawei P9 at $499 and P9 Lite will hang a price tag of $299.
The listing also revealed the major specs for Huawei P9. The device is said to feature a 5.2-inch Quad HD display and will be driven by the Huawei’s latest SoC Kirin 950. For storage, the handset will pack in 3GB of RAM along with 32GB in-built storage on board.
In terms of camera, the Huawei P9 will sport a 12MP dual camera at the rear supported by Optical Image Stabilization. The device will be backed by 3000 mAh battery and will run on Android 6 (Marshmallow) with EMUI.
Huawei P9 Max, on the other hand, is rumored to come with a 6.2-inch 2K Quad HD display with 1920×1080p screen resolution and will be driven by Hisilicon Kirin 955 octa-core SoC coupled with 4G RAM and 64GB ROM.
The handset will feature 12MP dual back shooter along with 8MP front-facing camera.
Huawei P9 Lite specs, as per the website’s listing, will include a full HD 5-inch display, Snapdragon 650 SoC by Qualcomm, 2GB RAM along with 16GB ROM and 12MP dual rear OIS snapper.
