If there is one phone that we have been looking forward to get this year, it has to be the Nubia Red Magic 5G gaming unit. This device promises to bring some of the best and cutting-edge specs to the market all in one body, and we could not wait to see how that would happen.
However, the recent cancellation of MWC 2020 means that we won’t be getting the phone this month anymore.
ZTE has taken to its official Weibo account to confirm that they respect the decision of the GSMA to cancel the event due to the coronavirus breakout in China. Besides that, though, they have not stated when next the device is slated to launch. It does seem that they will be regrouping and planning the events for the day, but we hope to get the device soon.
Among other things that we are looking forward to when this device makes the market is its alleged massive fast charging technology as well as a 144Hz refresh rate – which is going to be the first of such in the market.
