Last week, Nubia unveiled the much-anticipated RedMagic 6R gaming smartphone. The phone arrived as the third member of the RedMagic 6 series.
The handset launched in China – and surprisingly, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has announced the global debut of the Nubia RedMagic 6 smartphone.
Today, the official account for RedMagic on Twitter mentioned that the global release of the handset is around the corner.
Fortunately, the official website took a step further by revealing the date of the launch of the RedMagic 6R in the global market.
According to Nubia’s website, the RedMagic 6R’s global debut would take place on June 19.
Meanwhile, the promotional page is live, and it reveals that the handset will come in two colour options – white and blue.
The RedMagic 6R sports a 144Hz 6.67-inch AMOLED panel and a punch-hole at the top centre.
Under the hood, the Snapdragon 888 mobile platform drives the RedMagic 6R. It offers the user up to 128GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
The gaming device sports a 16-megapixel selfie shooter that allows the user to take selfies and make video calls.
The rear panel of the RedMagic 6R features a quad-camera system that comprises a 64-megapixel primary shooter, 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 5-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth shooter.
Further, the RedMagic 6R supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, stereo speakers, DTS:X Ultra, and a 4,200mAh battery that supports 55W fast charging.
The handset would ship with the RedMagic OS 4.0 based on Android 11.
