Last year May, Motorola announced the Motorola One Vision smartphone. Recently, reports have claimed that the company is preparing to launch an upgraded version of the phone. The report stated that the phone would debut under the name Motorola One Vision Plus.
Today, the device rolled out and has gone official in the Middle Eastern part of the world. The Motorola One Vision Plus is now listed on Amazon UAE. It carries a price tag of AED 699 (~$190).
The Motorola One Vision Plus will arrive with a waterdrop notch 6.3-inch LPTS IPS LCD panel. The MAX Vision display supports a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and has a high aspect ratio of 19:9.
Talking about the processor, unlike the Exynos 9609 SoC that fueled its predecessor, the Motorola One Vision Plus will run on the Snapdragon 665 mobile platform alongside 4GB of DDR4 RAM. It features a generous 128GB native storage capacity and also comes with a MicroSD slot for expansion of storage.
On the front side of the phone, an f/2.0 aperture 25-megapixel front-facing camera is housed in the waterdrop notch.
The One Vision Plus smartphone features a triple camera system on its backside. The system includes an f/1.7 aperture 48-megapixel primary lens, an f/2.2 aperture 16-megapixel Action Cam ultrawide sensor with 119° field-of-view, and an f/2.2 aperture 5-megapixel depth sensor.
The phone comes pre-installed with Android 9 Pie OS. A 4,000mAh battery is equipped with the Motorola One Vision Plus, and it also comes with an 18W TurboPower charger.
On the connectivity aspect, the phone has NFC features, USB-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. A rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security is present on the device.
One interesting fact about the new Motorola One Vision Plus is its likeness in build and specifications to the Moto G8 Plus that debuted in October 2019.
