Did you know/ check out the Motorola Moto G50?
Well, there is a 5G option of the same device that just launched in Australia, and you might love it if you had been eyeing the device while wanting the added capabilities of a 5G phone.
While most of the core specs of the new device stays true to what was obtainable on the non-5G option, Motorola did add some new stuff to spice things up.
For example, the new 6.5-inch smartphone now carries a Dimensity 700 chipset instead of the Qualcomm SD 480 SoC on the predecessor. You also have the fingerprint sensor on the side of this unit, which seems to be where the changes end.
Beyond that, you get the same Android 11-ppwered device that ships with a 5000mAh battery. Under the hood is 4GB RAM paired with a 128GB internal storage space. If that is not enough for you, you are welcome to expand it via a microSD card slot.
Looking elsewhere, the Moto G50 5G features a 13MP snapper on the front and packs a 48MP + 2MP + 2MP triple camera setup on the back. Available in Meteorite Gray and Green colors, you get to pick up the unit from an equivalent of $289.
