More images of the Meizu Pro 6 have shown up online. The Chinese consumer electronics company Meizu had formally announced its latest mid-range smartphone, dubbed Meizu M3 Note.
This an official picture of the Meizu Pro 6 flagship handset. The picture has confirmed some of the previously leaked specifications and features of the alleged smartphone.
The official image of Meizu Pro 6 displays the rear side of the metal unibody layout of the handset.
In comparison with Meizu Pro 5 which had been released last year, the upgraded version, Pro 6, features more pronounced antenna lines.
In addition, the snapper flash arrangement is also quite different from its precursor model. According to Giz China, the back shooter is supplemented by laser autofocus and single LED flash.
A leaked roadmap of the Meizu handsets that will be launched in 2016 has also been brought to the surface.
Meizu Pro 6 is expected to come with a super AMOLED full HD 5.7-inch display. As per the rumors, the smartphone will be fueled by MediaTek Helio X25 SoC.
The processor will be either backed by 4GB or 6GB of RAM. In addition, speculations also suggest that the handset will feature a 21MP back camera along with 5MP front-facing snapper designed specifically to click selfies.
The 16GB/32GB/128GB variants of Meizu Pro 6 are expected to carry the price stickers of $431, $477 and $539 respectively.
The company is also expected to announce a toned down version of Meizu Pro 6. The handset will feature a few modest specs and will most probably be christened Meizu Pro 6 Mini.
The smartphone is expected to feature a 4.7-inch Quad HD display and will be powered by MediaTek Helio X25 processor.
The quick succession of Meizu Pro 6, following the M3 Note indicates that Meizu is planning to overhaul its smartphone lineup with quite a few new offerings and will give a serious competition to the other smartphone manufacturers.
