Chinese electronics producer Lenovo have launched the Lenovo Yoga 900 convertible laptop and the Yoga Tab 3 Pro in India.
The Lenovo Yoga 900 is easily seen as the successor to Lenovo’s old Yoga 900. The Lenovo laptop features several obvious improvements while maintaining the convertible design.
There’s a new powerful processor and other innards, which makes it a direct competitor with high-echelon Windows laptops such as the Surface Book and the Surface Pro 4.
The Lenovo Yoga 900 sports a 13.3-inch display with a screen resolution of 3200 x 1800 pixels. It is powered by 6th-generation Intel Core i7-6500U processor which can be clocked up to 2.5GHz. This is further paired with 16GB of RAM, and 512GB SSD.
Other features of the Lenovo Yoga 900 include a 66Whr battery, two USB 3.0 ports, one USB Type-C port, a headphone jack and an SD card reader.
The Lenovo Yoga 900 runs Windows 10 Home and is available in Champagne Gold colour variant. It has a price tag of Rs. 1,22,090 (that’s around 360,000 Naira) and can be purchased from Croma retail stores and online via Lenovo’s official brand store.
Also, the Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Pro, which was unveiled at the IFA trade show event last year, is now also available to purchase in India.
The Yoga Tab 3 Pro offers a 10.1-inch QHD+ display (2560×1600 pixels), and an Intel Atom X5-Z85000 quad-core SoC clocked at 2.24GHz which is paired with 2GB of RAM.
The Yoga Tab 3 Pro also comes with 32GB of inbuilt storage, which can be expanded via microSD card up to 128GB.
The Android Tablet sports a 13 megapixel rear camera, a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter, and a powerful 10200mAh battery. It runs Android 5.1 out-of-the-box and has a metal body.
The Yoga Tab 3 Pro also sports an inbuilt projector that can be rotated for 180-Degrees and the video can be beamed on the wall or a ceiling as large as 70 inches.
It is now available via e-commerce website Flipkart for Rs. 39,500 (that’s about 120,000 Naira).
