Earlier this week, 91mobiles revealed that Lenovo might soon launch a smartphone under the name Lenovo K13.
It seems the launch date of the phone is drawing near following its approval by multiple certification platforms.
Not too long ago, a device with model number XT2097-15 got approval from the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) and Bluetooth SIG.
The EEC listing of the phone revealed nothing about the smartphone. However, the Bluetooth SIG certification mentioned that the model number XT2097-15 belongs to the Lenovo K13.
The listing also states that the upcoming Lenovo K13 smartphone would feature the Bluetooth 4.2 – quite stale for a 2021 device.
Before now, the handset appeared at the TUV Rheinland certification platform; and the TUV listing mentioned that it features a 4,850mAh battery that supports 10W charging.
Rumoured Specifications of the Lenovo K13 Smartphone
The Lenovo K13 smartphone sports a 6.5-inch waterdrop notch screen that delivers an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels.
Under the hood, the handset features a mysterious 1.6GHz octa-core processor alongside 2GB of RAM.
The Lenovo K13 comes with 32GB of built-in storage. And it allows for storage expansion via a microSD card.
For software, the handset comes pre-loaded with the Android 10 OS.
The Lenovo K13 sports a vertically-aligned rear camera system. It consists of a 13-megapixel primary, a 2-megapixel depth shooter, and an LED flash.
Other features of the Lenovo K13 smartphone include a USB-C port, dual-SIM, a rear-blasting speaker, and a fingerprint reader.
It appears that the Lenovo K13 would launch later this month or earlier next month, and it will arrive in colours like red and blue.
