We can say that it has been a long time coming, but we are happy to see that the Huawei Mate 30 line of devices are now getting the push to Android 10. This is based on the internal EMUI 10 from the company which adapts the features of this OS from Google while also putting their custom touch on top of things.
For now, though, only those who registered for the internal testing will be getting the update.
Even though it is not a beta rollout, this update is still being tested across different devices in this series. That is all the standard Huawei Mate 30/ Mate 30 5G, Mate 30 Pro/ Mate 30 Pro 5G and the special Mate 30 RS Porsche Edition. Now that this is here, though, we expect that they commence the general rollout as soon as they can confirm that the current build is good to go for everyone.
It is also said that the update brings the security fix for January 2020 with it as well as bug fixes and performance updates. If you were able to get in on the internal testing when it started, and you have the new update now, let us hear about it in the comments.
