The MWC is still in full gear, but we could be turning our sights to one of the OEMs that have not made a significant release in the showpiece event. Although not actively present, Huawei is in the news for the leak of their P20 Lite unit. The leak, which comes in form of an image, shows what we can expect on this new unit at the time of launch.

The body of the P20 Lite is made of conventional metal, finished with matte on the back panel. Under the hood will be the in-house Kirin 659 processor married to an impressive 4GB of RAM. Being a 2018 phone, the unit is supposed to ship with Android 8 Oreo at the helm of affairs. All that will then be supported by a battery rated at 3520mAh.
Even though it is the Lite version of the P20 line-up, that does not stop this unit from sporting dual cameras on the back. It is rumoured that both would be 16MP sensors branded by Leica. Whatever images and videos these captures can be saved on the massive 64GB internal storage space.
The most noticeable difference between this unit and the Huawei P20 we have seen in the news is the position of their fingerprint sensors. The P20 has its sensor embedded in the lower bezel-less area of the screen while the Lite has its at the back.
It is expected that the Huawei P20 line of devices get announced on March 27. For now, we know that the location of launch is Paris. Beyond that, we will have to wait for more news or official confirmations from Huawei.
