Since Honor broke away from Huawei, the company has been competing with its parent company and they have continued in style. As of the time of this writing, it is sure that the company is working on a foldable unit too. If there is anything we know about offerings from Honor, it is how they will undercut the process on the current foldable units in the market while still bringing a lot of good specs to the table.
A new source reveals that the upcoming foldable unit from the company will have an 8-inch display and bring a secondary 6.5-inch screen. None of these screens are in no way small, seeing as the small screen is a huge panel on most devices around today.
Likewise, the source mentions that the screens will be developed by Chinese firm, BOE, which has worked with Huawei in the past.
For a company that has broken away from Huawei, though, they are keeping almost the same design philosophy and dimensions that made the market on the Huawei Mate X and Mate Xs.
Right now, though, it is best that we take everything with a pinch of salt till the company comes out to confirm things for us.
