Although it is not sure when the Honor 20 and 20 Pro will be released, there is one thing we are sure of; both devices will come with 12 GB of RAM which will only be exclusive to China.
The world has been in anticipation since the Honor series was introduced globally on May 21. Honor CEO George Zhao did not help matters by giving an official release date, but said that the devices would be coming soon. This ambiguity is due to the strained relationship between the Chinese and the American government.
The Honor 20 will also come with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage space while the rest of the world will have just 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB storage. Aside from the difference in RAM, the flagship devices have the same specifications with their variants. Both devices will come with the same size, battery, and loads of cameras.
Finally, they will be bundled with the EMUI 9.1 based on Android Pie and the new 980 Kirin chipset.
Delay is unlikely in its home market as the devices have been listed for certification by the authorities. For now, the rest of the world will have to wait to see if the Android-Huawei saga blows over if they are to get aa crack at these units at all.
