Google is becoming notorious for having one or more bugs creep up on them after an Android firmware update, and it has happened again.
The company has been detailing a new form of file sharing for Pixel 4 users for a while now, and they started rolling out that update this week. However, they have had to stop this rollout since the update seems to be breaking some of the apps on the phone already.
The funny thing here is that this update is going against the Google Pay – which is also a product of the same company. That leaves the question of whether or not they even test these updates before they push them out to the audience.
Furthermore, note that this issue won’t affect you if you happen to be using an unlocked model of thee phone, or do not have AT&T as your carrier. For now, we have to wait to see when the company will fix the issue and commence the rollout to the affected users.
