In Africa, Infinix happens to be one of the leading smartphone brands. The Chinese firm penetrated the market with the release of affordable smartphones with attractive features.
Recently, an Infinix device with model number X693 got certified by the Federal Communications Commission.
The certification suggests that the handset will arrive soon. However, the FCC listing did not mention the official name of the Infinix X693.
It measures 173 x 79 x 9mm, and it has the Infinix branding at the bottom left corner of the back panel.
Nonetheless, the FCC documents revealed the rear design of the handset and a few of its specifications.
The Infinix X693 will arrive with support for 4G. The image of the rear design hints that it would sport a multiple-camera system in a rectangular-shaped module.
The rear camera module has a striking resemblance to that of the Vivo X50 series. Hence, the phone would likely feature at least three cameras on the rear.
Asides from support for 4G, the Infinix X693 would also support 3G and 2G connectivity options. Other connectivity options on the smartphone include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The Infinix X693 draws power from a 4,900mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. The listing mentions that its retail package would feature a charger with model number CQ-18LX.
That said, there is a possibility that the Infinix X693 would debut as Infinix Note 10.
Recall, leaks revealed the model number of the Infinix Note 10 Pro as X695. The model number are close, hence, the speculation.
