It is possible Vivo announces the Vivo X60 lineup, which includes the Vivo X60, Vivo X60 Pro, and Vivo X60 Pro+, on December 28.
The smartphone lineup has the same members like its predecessor, the Vivo X50 Series.
The Vivo X60 series are expected to offer the users with a cutting-edge photography experience.
Ahead of the official debut of the smartphone lineup, a reliable Chinese tipster has revealed the configurations of the lenses on the Vivo X60 series.
Based on the leak, the Vivo X60 would feature a triple camera setup. The setup comprises of a 48-megapixel primary shooter followed by a 13-megapixel super-wide sensor, and a 13-megapixel portrait lens.
On the other hand, the Vivo X60 Pro would carry a quad-camera system on its rear panel. Like the X60, it also has a 48-megapixel primary lens. The main lens comes before a super-wide 13-megapixel lens, a 13-megapixel portrait shooter, and an 8-megapixel periscopic zoom lens.
The additional zoom lens on the Pro variant of the Vivo X60 allows for 5x optical zoom and up to 60x digital zoom.
Lastly, the Vivo X60 Pro+, which would debut as the most powerful of the trio, would come with an L-shaped camera system.
However, the tipster didn’t mention the configurations of the cameras on the Vivo X60 Pro+ but, he did state that the primary camera has an f/1.48 aperture.
Talking internals, the leak reveals that the Vivo X60 and Vivo X60 Pro would run on Exynos 1080 chipsets and the Vivo X60 Pro+ fueled by the Snapdragon 888 mobile platform.
The Vivo X60 lineup may come with support for a high refresh rate of 120Hz and 33W of fast charging.
Interestingly, the Vivo X60 series will be the first set of Vivo smartphones to arrive with the OriginOS skin based on Android 11 OS.
