Recently, reports mentioned that Black Shark is working on improved versions of the Black Shark 4 and Black Shark 4 Pro smartphones. And the sources say that the upcoming phones will arrive as Black Shark 4S and Black Shark 4S Pro.
Interestingly, the smartphone company has officially announced the launch of the Black Shark 4S. Black Shark announced through its Weibo handle that the phone would launch in China by 3 PM on October 13.
The firm also released a poster that depicts the arrival of the Black Shark 4S. And it appears that the Pro variant of the Black Shark 4S may arrive alongside the base model.
A close look at the image on the poster shows that the Black Shark 4S would feature a horizontally-aligned triple camera setup – like the previous series. However, Black Shark is yet to reveal the specs of the upcoming series.
Rumors say that the Black Shark 4S Pro features a 144Hz refresh rate, 120W fast charging, and the latest Snapdragon 888 plus mobile platform. Recall, the Black Shark 4 Pro arrived with the Snapdragon 888 chip. Hence, the rumor regarding the processor may be true.
If the leaks are legit, the Black Shark 4S Pro will sport a 64-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 5-megapixel triple camera system.
It appears that the Black Shark 4S and Black Shark 4S Pro will borrow specs from the Black Shark 4 and the Black Shark 4 Pro.
