Recently, the product listing of some upcoming Honor smartphones, including the Honor 30 Max, Honor 30i, and Honor Play5 Lite (Vitality Edition), appeared on a popular Chinese retail site – JD.com.
And it appears that these smartphones will soon hit the Chinese markets. While the specs of the Honor Play5 Lite and Honor 30i remain hidden, a reliable Chinese tipster has shared a few specs of the Honor 30 Max.
The tipster mentioned that the Honor 30 Max features a 7.09-inch screen, compensating for the ‘Max’ title in the phone’s name; however, whether the phone will debut with a punch-hole or a waterdrop notch for the front-facing snapper remains unclear.
Meanwhile, previous reports stated that the handset would debut with the Dimensity 1100 chipset. But the new information from the tipster says the Dimensity 900 chip will fuel the upcoming Honor 30 Max smartphone.
One of the cons of the Honor 30 Max is its battery capacity. The Honor 30 Max will offer its user a massive 6,000mAh battery that supports 22.5W fast charging. The rear camera setup of the Honor 30 Max comprises a 64-megapixel primary shooter and auxiliary lenses.
Presently, the camera setup and configuration of the Honor 30 Max remain a mystery as most of its details are still hidden. Honor is also keeping a tight lip regarding the Honor 30 Max. So, there’s no official statement yet concerning the device or its launch.
Meanwhile, speculations say many smartphone brands are working towards unveiling different smartphones before China’s Double Eleven shopping festival. Honor is one of the smartphone brands, and the rumor mill says that the Honor 30 Max may arrive in China by the end of October or early in November.
