Since the global outbreak of the Coronavirus, many individuals and corporate bodies have seen the need to digitize most of their operation. The pandemic brought about lots of innovations as many tech-driven organizations seized the opportunity to create essential digital tools to suit the needs of users in these trying times.
Lots of economic activities were placed on hold due to the lockdown measures enforced by the majority of the nations in the world.
Now, an organization has seized this lockdown opportunity to make employment processes easier for both employers and employees.
A new job search platform, Sabiss, has been launched to ease the process of job search in Africa. The service provides prospective employers the chance to pick their preferred candidate from an array of applicants.
Sabiss is dedicated to the applicants in Africa. The goal of this initiative is to help facilitate job search for promising applicants in the continent by pulling together job offers from countries in Africa, and other continents.
Sabiss is like a two-way street. Not only does it provide talents in Africa with jobs or internship opportunity, but the initiative also helps firms looking to equip their team with qualified recruits, select preferred candidates.
Access to the services offered by Sabiss is free for applicants. To make use of the service, interested candidates must register and complete their profile on the medium. On completion of the registration process, they will be granted access to all job offers and can apply for jobs unlimitedly.
For employers, after a 10-day free trial period, they have to subscribe to either of the two available employer packages to continue using the service.
The CV package consists of four offers. Employers are allowed to view a defined number of CV’s and publish job offers, amongst other things.
The Job package, on the other hand, comprises three offers. It allows for the publication of 1 to 3 job offers on the Sabiss site and social media networks.
